Requires:

Known issues:
The gestures are mostly driven by VRCFury. These are NOT compatible with muzzle disabling controls so some gestures will clip through the muzzle. Gonna work with Stripe to port those gestures to a normal FX layer :3

I kept the weight painting for the leash only to the leash, this means it grabs and pulls better but may not necessarily exactly attach to the collar ring. Attaching to the ring causes weird skewing and reduced movement :(
